All shipments ware sent on a next day service and if you leave a mobile number when placing your order you will receive a text and email letting you knowyour items have been dispatched as well as tracking details.
Depending on your location allow 7-14 days for your order to be delivered. Estimated delivery time between metro areas of major cities. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of our control.
We stock 95% of the products advertised on our website, which means that we can dispatch the goods as soon as the payment is received. However if the item is not in stock, we will contact you within 24 hours to inform you of any possible delays.
We use a number of courier services domestically with StarTrack and Australia Post as well as DHL and Australia Post for our worldwide orders.
After placing your order you will receive a tracking code via email. If your code is not yet active, please wait and try again later or following business day.
All our shipments can be tracked. We use a range of courier companies including DHL, Startrack, TNT and Australia Post to deliver your order to your door as quickly and safely as possible.
We can never guarantee delivery though, as couriers occasionally misroute parcels, items may be out of stock or we may be exceptionally busy. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
Next working day excludes Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. Goods will be shipped where stock is available and the goods are standard items, not custom items.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused. If an item is out of stock we will contact you before sending any other items.
NOT AT HOME?
If your package is being and you are not home for the first delivery attempt, there are a number of procedures they may follow. If your package is being delivered by StarTrack and you are not home, they will leave a notice. If it is via AUSPOST then it will likely be taken to a local post office with notice provided.

In rare instances, it may take our courier longer to deliver a package than initially estimated. Of course, the goal is always to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you have not received your order within 5-7 days of it being shipped, please contact us and we will look into it for you!
